Literary walk

Our city holds a prominent place in Dutch literary history, partly due to the large number of writers and poets who stayed, lived and worked here. Some of the pubs were real hothouses for Flemish literature. But if you think that it was only the Antwerp of yesteryear that was a home for literature, this walk will convince you otherwise. Following the walk, if accessible, you will be able to visit the Letterenhuis, the literary shrine par excellence.
