Is it safe to ride an E-step in Antwerp?

We make sure to avoid the historical centre and use separate bicycle lanes, so that you can fully enjoy the E-step tour.

As from what age can you participate in this tour?

Participating in this tour is possible as from the age of 14.

Which type of clothing should I wear? Do I have to wear a bicycle helmet?

It is colder on an E-step than on a bike, so put on windproof clothing. In autumn and winter a cap and gloves are essential. A bicycle helmet is recommended but not obligatory in Belgium.
