Moving with sculptures – primary education
It is not only the visitors who move through the Middelheim Museum, the works of art are also full of movement. In this educational tour, which is tailored to students, we take a closer look at every form of movement: our own movement, the movement of the works of art and the movement in our world today.

Choose your tickets, date and time
Select the number of participants per guided tour or the number of individual tickets needed.
A guide will help you to search for movement in six or seven works of art. What does the artist want to express? And how does it feel for you? And, of course, we won’t be standing still ourselves. We will learn about our own movement by doing plenty of fun assignments. During the guided tour we will experience what physical movement does to our own body. It is also a first introduction to performance art: art made with the moving body.

- This guided tour is suitable for primary school groups
- Maximum 12 children per group
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Museum entrance is free
In the art park you can have a picnic everywhere. In case of bad weather it is also possible to sit under the lean-to roof of the artwork Franchise Unit of Atelier van Lieshout.
