Middelheim Museum is celebrating its 75th anniversary. Discover the updated collection display during this special celebration, where art and nature go hand in hand. Together with a guide, explore the themes in the art park. These offer a new perspective on 100 years of sculpture, from Rodin to the present.

The museum is open every day of the week, except on Monday: the opening hours depend on the season
October - March: 10:00-17:00
April: 10:00-19:00
May - August: 10:00-20:00
September : 10:00-19:00
The museum is closed on the following holidays: 1 January, 1 May, Ascension Day, 1 November and 25 December
The museum is exceptionally open on the following holidays: Easter Monday and Whit Monday
Attention: the museum park is closed during stormy weather

  • A pleasant physical experience in the park, where you will feel the seasons as you walk among the artworks.
  • A fresh perspective on the collection from different approaches, and an invitation to discuss the works and themes.
  • The story behind famous works, such as La vierge folle by Rik Wouters, King and Queen by Henry Moore, and The Bridge Without A Name by Ai Weiwei. Also featuring more recent works like La Paix des Braves by Pascale Marthine Tayou or Adrift by Camille Henrot.
  • Possible visit to the Collection Pavilion or the Outdoor Depot (if time permits).
