Rubens House: Permanent collection

In the Rubens House in Antwerp Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) is your personal host. In his house, Rubens reveals who he really was: a painter, art collector, father, friend and architect. You will become acquainted with the story of Rubens’ life and discover how Antwerp flourished during his lifetime. An intense experience awaits you in the Rubens House, where you’ll be welcomed as if you were a proper guest of Rubens.

In July and August group visits are only possible on Tuesday mornings.
