Guided tour of the City Hall (in Dutch) | individual ticket
This extensive guided tour (105 minutes) starts with the Renaissance exterior of the City Hall. You then visit the renovated ground floor, where the guide will accompany you along a small but interesting exhibition about the history of this impressive historic building. Finally, you will explore the most impressive floor of the City Hall, the famous “Schoon Verdiep” (literal translation: “Beautiful Floor”), where you learn about the monumental grandeur, social & cultural significant and current political function of this magnificent building, a grand palace that rightfully empowers the people of Antwerp to be proud world citizens.

- Please note: the starting point is not actually in or at the City Hall but at the tree at Grote Markt 13.
- Important: Report with your ticket to the guide, 10 min. before the given starting time of the tour. For security reasons your first name and surname will be registered. Make sure to arrive on time at the starting point!
- Please note: No extra ticket sales on site.
- Backpacks, shopping bags, large handbags, drinking bottles, wet coats and umbrellas are not permitted inside but can be deposited in the cloakroom.
- This guided tour is only available in Dutch.
- This is a public tour: you will join a guide together with other participants until the maximum number of participants (20) has been reached.
